Command-line Utility
The universal "tool" command lets you manage all of those scripting tasks and bulk modifications often impossible through GUI. You can modify settings, and search, create and modify accounts.
The command line tool is also useful in the event that a remote GUI connection cannot be made because of security or stability matters.

Logging
As you already know, server logs are crucial in tracking down activity, causes of delivery failures, and spam and hacking attempts. IceWarp provides the strongest logging for a server, providing logs for every service that IceWarp provides, as well as a server error log. You can search for records according to date and time, and date-strip them for clean output or statistics aggregation. You can access the IM archive in the same manner.

Statistics
While IceWarp provides strong logging, you will sometimes need to view server and user statistics in order to conduct daily maintenance. For large installations, IceWarp can group statistics via domain, mailing list, user account or a non-user account. If IceWarp finds suspicious values, it will prompt the Administrator to inspect the mailbox in concern.
